The pipeline.handle package contains the logic to handle general extensions
of pipelines, e.g., to handle any special logic demanded by decorated
components to work correctly (see decorator pattern,
FPSDecoratedMiner, FPSDecoratedModel, and
FPSDecoratorTransformer).
